Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Complimentary US Shipping We are proud to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for US orders is between 7 to 12 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and slight delays may occur due to carrier volume or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

International Shipping At this time, Essen exclusively ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Issues If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@essenwear.com with your name and order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
