Returns & Exchanges At Essen, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full return or exchange.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Free of any stains, odors, or damages.

  • Complete with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Color & Texture Disclaimer: Please note that due to variations in computer monitor displays and studio lighting, actual product colors and textures may vary slightly from the images on our website. These minor visual variations are expected and do not classify an item as "defective" or "incorrect."

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to help@essenwear.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your item is damaged or defective, you must include clear photos of the issue for our technical team to review.

  3. Our Client Advisor team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address. Note: Our primary logistics and quality control facilities are located internationally. Customers are strictly responsible for all international return shipping costs, customs, and tracking unless the item received was officially verified by our team as defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing & Restocking Fee Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please be advised: For standard returns resulting from subjective preferences or sizing issues, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover initial international processing and handling. Customers who opt for an exchange or Store Credit are completely exempt from this restocking fee.
