Top: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem. Joggers: Measure from the top of the waistband down the outside seam.

Chest: Measure under the arms, around the fullest part of the chest. Hips: Measure across the joggers at the widest part of the seat.
Waist
Wrap the tape around your natural waist, or measure straight across the waistband of trousers and double.
